Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:  Leotards 4 Less is happy to provide Free Shipping to domestic customers.  OUR LEOTARDS ARE HANDMADE TO ORDER AND TAKE 10 BUSINESS DAYS (DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS) FOR US TO MANUFACTURE BEFORE THEY ARE READY FOR SHIPPING.  We use the U.S. Postal Service - First Class Mail - which can take 2-5 Business Days or more to arrive to you.   However, there are times when we may have an item in stock and it may be mailed sooner.  If you need an item expedited, and we happen to have it in stock, this can be arranged.  Buyer must pay the shipping costs to ship by expedited mail.  Just "Contact Us" at bottom of our website to inquire if we have the style and size you need in stock.


Time Sensitive Orders:

If your order is needed for a specific, time-sensitive event (i.e. gymnastics meet, birthday party, gift etc.) please contact us before placing your order. This will allow us to determine whether your order can be shipped in time to meet your deadline. Although we make every possible effort to ship within our 8-10 day shipping policy, we cannot always guarantee that your order will be delivered in time for your specific event. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you contact us before placing any time-sensitive orders.


CANCELLATIONS:  There is a 3-day cancellation policy after the order has been placed.  Our items are hand-made to order and take 10 Business days to manufacture.  They are shipped on the 11th Business Day.  We cannot cancel an item after three days or if the item has already been made for you and we are within the 10 Day manufacturing period.

NOTE RE FIRST CLASS MAILINGS - LEOTARDS 4 LESS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST MAIL:  Once we deliver your order to the U.S. Postal Service for shipping, it is out of our hands.  Each order is assigned a tracking number when we purchase the mailing label through USPS.  We are not responsible for lost mail by the U.S. Postal Service or any international postal service. Leotards 4 Less cannot initiate an International Inquiry or Claims Process for orders that are mailed by First-Class Package International Service parcels.

INTERNATIONAL:  Items shipped internationally outside of the U.S are mailed by First Class International Mail.  Buyer pays for shipping charges.  Please see next paragraph regarding import duties, taxes, etc. It generally takes about 12 Business Days to two weeks to reach you.  We are working on adding international destinations.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - PLEASE NOTE:  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


You may return new, unworn items with tags attached within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund or exchange. No exchanges or refunds after this period.  We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However,
we must be notified of any discrepancies in your order within the 14 day period after you received your order. Buyer pays to ship return to us and returned to them. 

IMPORTANT:  AL and AXL sizes are NOT returnable or exchangeable under any circumstance.  These sizes are only offered as a courtesy to those who know these are truly the size they need.  Our items are handmade to order and we rarely get orders for these sizes and would not be able to resell them.  Please click on "Size Chart" in item description prior to ordering any size.  Feel free to email us with your measurements to confirm the size you need prior to ordering.

HAIR SCRUNCHIES:  We provide a FREE hair scrunchie with your leotard.  They are for decorative purposes only.  Meaning, DO NOT use it to hold a ponytail.  Use a rubber or hair band to hold ponytail then use scrunchie as a decorative finishing touch.  In any event, hair scrunchies are very delicate and may easily break.  In such cases, we are not liable to replace it.  Remember, they are FREE and not included in the price of the leotard you purchased.  Thank you.


As stated on our website, Leotards 4 Less does not stock items for sale. Our items are hand-made to order. When a team, individual parent from the team or an individual orders our items, they have been custom made for you or your team. For this reason, we cannot accept items back for refund.

We may accept items back for a size change only - no refunds


Items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt of delivery only.  Items must be unworn with tags and scrunchie attached. Buyer pays to return the item to Leotards 4 Less and to have the item shipped back to them.  Leotards 4 Less will invoice you through PayPal Invoicing for the amount of postage to return to you.  You may pay with PayPal or a credit card.  Please note that Leotards 4 Less already paid once to have the item shipped to the buyer for FREE when the item was originally ordered.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES:  Buyer pays for shipping both ways. You will be invoiced for the shipping cost to return the item to you.  This is why it is imperative that you use our Size Chart when ordering, to avoid additional shipping fees for exchanges.

Please allow 10 Business days to process exchanges after receipt of returned item(s).

NOTE: Our items are handmade-to-order and take approximately 10 Business Days to process before shipping. It may, however, be shipped sooner.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. If you request a refund, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
