Time Sensitive Orders
If your order is needed for a specific, time-sensitive event (i.e. meet, performance, birthday party, gift etc.) please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. This will allow us to give your order priority and determine whether your order can be shipped in time to meet your deadline. Although we make every possible effort to ship within our 10-day shipping policy, we cannot always guarantee that your order will be delivered in time for your specific event.
